"After eating Desert Bloom eggs, the ones from the market are less flavorful, less appealing on the plate, and definitely not as nutritious. I appreciate how the owners of Desert Bloom Homestead educate us on how and what their chickens are fed and their living conditions. Clearly it makes a huge difference in both taste and nutrition. The packaging is fun and feels like I am getting a present and not an ordinary egg carton - yet another example of the pride the owners have in their product. The quality of these eggs is outstanding... I will admit that before eating these eggs, I didn't really enjoy eggs. Thank you Enzo and Lizzie for making such a difference!
